Beautiful hotel, great price, good location!

I liked their there was pool and spa.. I like that there was a restaurant and decent breakfast with eggs and sandwhich food.

I struggled with the heat at night, no airflow even with the windows open from the outside room we were very hot. No air conditioning.

Old hotel, need refresh. Pool was extra pay. Every day we eat breakfest in another place. It was a little not comfortable.

Great location

In general we were happy. The hotel has very good location, close to the lifts and to the cyclo/walking tour points. Nice view around. The food was good and majority of the staff were pleasant. We arrived later than expected and the communication with FD lady was pleasant, the restaurant staff waited for us after dinner closing time.

We were sad we did not have any balcony we asked for within reservation. There was balcony mentioned in the "equipment" summary when booking the room. We like very much to sit in the evenings in the balcony to play some table games and there was no option for it. It was not that comfortable in the outside areas as this was mainly for the smokers. We were also very surprissed there was no table service offered at the bar or in the bar terrace. We were there playing cards for a few hours and nobody came to ask if we take some drinks, even inside in the bar, the waiter crossed our table many times. You only get drinks when you come to the bar and ask for it. We also had to pick up ordered drinks at the bar, the waiter did not bring it to the table, surprising... after we finished the drinks again no question if we want any additional. What a hotel revenue loss... but it was visible the local (IT) guests were served with excellent service at the bar. After this experinece we were surprissed the hotel management is asking for tip for staff together with the feedback stay on the last evening... All the restaurant staff was very pleasant.

Location is perfect - 5 min from the ski lift

It's 3* hotel, not 4 stars! Personel barely speaks English or even German, only Italian. Food at restaurant for dinner has very unstable quality. Breakfast is below overage. Animation in Kids Club only for Italian-speaking children. Spa for 80€ per day is overpriced. Having in mind that Spa at Dolaondes costs only 23 Till 8 am there is no hot water in the shower.
